Technique like Single, Half double, Double, and Treble crochet

Single Crochet (sc)

* Insert the hook into the work (or second chain from hook), and after wrapping the yarn over the hook, draw the yarn through the work only

* Wrap the yarn again and draw it through both loops. You have just made one sc.
Half Double (hdc) Technique

* Wrap the yarn over the hook and insert the hook into the work (or third chain from hook)

* Wrap the yarn over the hook, draw through the work only and wrap the yarn again

* Draw through all 3 loops on the hook
Double Crochet Technique (dc)

* Wrap the yarn over the hook and insert the hook into the work (for 4th chain from hook)

* Wrap the yarn over the hook, draw through the work only and wrap the yarn again

* Draw through the first 2 loops only and wrap the yarn again

* Draw through the last 2 loops on the hook
Treble Crochet Technique (tr)

* After inserting the hook into the work (for fifth chain from hook), wrap the yarn over the hook twice

* Wrap the yarn over the hook, draw through the work and wrap again

* Draw only through the first 2 loops and wrap the yarn again

* Draw only through the next 2 loops and wrap the yarn again; draw through the last 2 loops
